Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide locum services in an inpatient Cardiology setting in Everett, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with strong cardiology experience looking for full-time coverage starting February 2, 2026.
🏥 Job Details:
Specialty: Cardiology – Inpatient
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Schedule:
Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts per week
Shifts scheduled in tandem with another APP (rolling schedule)
No call required
Contract Length: 13 weeks (potential to extend)
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient cardiology coverage
Manage 18–20 patients per shift
Collaborate with physicians and support staff
Document care in Epic EMR
✅ Requirements:
Active Washington NP license (or compact license)
DEA (required)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Board Certification required
Minimum 2 years cardiology or inpatient experience preferred
Epic EMR experience required
📋 Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: ~30–90 days
Completion of facility-specific forms and verifications required
Interview with department leadership
