Nurse Practitioner: Cardiology Bellingham Washington

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiology nurse practitioner to work locum shifts in Bellingham Washington (WA). Starting in March 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Role: Multi Location (2)

• Expected start date: March or April of 2026, as urgent or fast-tracking credentialing allows.
• Daily Shift Standard (8hr or 12hr) 8 hour day shifts
• Schedule /Shift hours 8 hour day shifts Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiology
• Expected duration of assignment 6 months
• Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• If Inpatient, # of beds: 247
• No Call
• EMR: EPIC
• Requires rounding and admissions
• Patient demographics: Adult
• Average patients per day: 14-16

Requirements of the Cardiology role:

• WA state license; active, unrestricted
• Board certified
• Certifications- BLS, ACLS and ARNP
• 1-2 years of NP Cardiology experience
• Active or transferable DEA
• 12 months of clinical practice within the ARNP area of specialization within the past five (5) years or graduation from and accredited program within the past (12) months.
