Job Description
Seeking a Board-Certified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a 3-month assignment with the potential for extension. This position supports a comprehensive cardiology program serving Oregon’s South Coast.
Position Details:

Full-time schedule (4x10s)
-
Clinic and hospital hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Rotating weekly schedule between inpatient and outpatient settings
-
Approximately 15–18 clinic patients per day
-
Approximately 8–15 hospital patients per day
-
50/50 inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
-
Work alongside four cardiologists
-
Support includes assigned medical assistant, triage RN team, and dedicated device clinic staff
-
Exposure to general cardiology, invasive cardiology, and electrophysiology

EMR: Epic
Requirements:
-
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Active Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

DEA registration (verbal confirmation required at name clear)
-
Current NPDB Self-Query report dated within the required timeframe

CAQH login information required at time of offer
-
Clean background and malpractice history preferred

Must meet criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional privileges
