Cardiology Nurse Practitioner locum position in Coos Bay, Oregon (OR)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced cardiology nurse practitioner for full-time locum tenens coverage in Coos Bay, Oregon (OR) . Starting in March, as soon as credentialed, this role offers on going work and a competitive market rate and ongoing coverage.

The Cardiology Role:

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon (OR)

Coverage Dates: March 2026 (3 month assignment with possibility to extend)

Schedule: 4X 10's

• 0730-1630 clinic hours
• 0730-1630 hospital hours

Details:

• 50% inpatient, 50% inpatient
• NP’s currently do weekly rotations between hospital and clinic (one week in hospital, next week in clinic, etc.)
• 15-18 clinic patients per day
• 8-15 hospital patients per day
• 4 physicians on staff
• An assigned MA to assist with managing patients
• Triage RN team
• Device clinic and dedicated device clinic staff
• General cardiology, invasive cardiology, and electrophysiology support

EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

OR license active and unrestricted, or willing to obtain

Board Certified

Minimum 1 year exp as a cardiology NP
