Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular care team in Palm Springs, CA. Open to both new graduates and experienced NPs, this role focuses on comprehensive heart health management, including prevention, risk reduction, and chronic condition care. You will work closely with cardiologists in a collaborative clinic environment while enjoying a structured Monday–Friday schedule and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Take detailed patient histories and perform physical exams
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Educate patients on heart health, including management of CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members
- Focus on prevention, risk management, and long-term chronic condition management
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow established clinical protocols

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in the state of California
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in cardiovascular care
- Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork skills
