Job Description
ATC Healthcare is hiring for a surgical cardiovascular APP to fill their need!
Schedule:
- Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed - 90-120 days
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts in the Inpatient CVICU,
- Schedule options: Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), or swing (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM). Weekdays and Weekends.
- Call Schedule: No call required.
- Reason for Coverage: Staffing support
- Practice Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)
- Average Number of Patients per Day: 12
- Documentation System / EMR: Epic
- APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
- Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days
- Provide autonomous care for adult CVICU patients
- Manage post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients
- Perform advanced cardiovascular monitoring
- Approved Travel Reimbursement:
- Flight
- Hotel
- Rental Car or Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified (AANP or NCPA) - REQUIRED
- MI License - [REQUIRED]
- BLS/ACLS CALS - [PREFERRED]
- CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) experience - [REQUIRED]
- Acute Care trained and certified - [REQUIRED]
- Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) - [REQUIRED], required at the time of presentation.
