Job Description
Schedule / Call:
- Start: 7/20/26
- 3–6 month assignment
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (1 hr unpaid lunch)
- No weekends or holidays
- Full-time (20 shifts/month)
Assignment Details:
- Hospital-based clinic (440 beds)
- Heart Failure clinic – outpatient only
- Established HF patients
- Procedures: outpatient diagnostics and disease management
- Adult population
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Cardiology / AGPCNP / AGACNP
- DEA required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years experience
