Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular care team in Palm Springs, CA. This role focuses on comprehensive heart health management, including prevention, risk reduction, and chronic disease management. Starting salary: $130,000+ (DOE) with retention bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
Order and interpret diagnostic testing related to cardiovascular care
Develop and manage individualized treatment and medication plans
Educate patients on heart health, prevention, and chronic condition management
Manage conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias
Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California
Strong clinical knowledge in cardiovascular care preferred
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical setting
New graduates welcomed
