This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and specialists to support high-quality vascular health management. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients’ vascular health, including assessments and care planning
Order and interpret diagnostic testing related to vascular conditions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients on vascular disease prevention and management
Prescribe medications and appropriate treatment plans
Support vascular procedures as clinically indicated
Maintain accurate, compliant patient documentation

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
Minimum 3+ years of experience in vascular or related clinical settings
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner; vascular experience preferred
