Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider to work locum shifts in Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ) starting 08/2026.The role offers on-going coverage and a competitive market rate.

The Cardiothoracic Surgery role:

Location: Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ)

Start date: 08/2026- Ongoing

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No call)

Hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts

Minimum 3-4 weeks per month coverage

August 17 – August 21

August 24 – August 28

August 31 – September 4

September 14 – September 18

September 21 – September 25

September 28 – October 2

October 5 – October 9

October 12 – October 16

October 19 – October 23

November 16 – November 20

November 23 – November 27

December 21 – December 25

January 25 – January 29

March 22 – March 26

March 29 – April 2

Facility Details:

Acute Care Hospital

268 beds

Adult patient population

Approximately 14 clinic patients per day

Electrophysiology clinic and hospital coverage

EP physician support

EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

Arizona license, active and unrestricted

Board Certified P) or NP

DEA

1 year EP experience
