Position Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

• $112–135,000/yr annual salary depending on experience,

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, M-F, 8-5p no weekend on call
• Outpatient setting, seeing adults and mostly the underserved and homeless population
• Provider will be doing everything from conducting assessments (both disability and mental health) to screening of patients for multiple programs e.g. work readiness program.
• Provide skilled checkups and preventive care along with substance use and behavioral health counseling,
• Supported by other NP’s and MD’s

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/PMHNP or Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP, Adult Nurse Practitioners/ANP, Physician Assistant/PA
• Background in Mental Health
