Job Description
Come and join our nationally known program as the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program that is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner near San Francisco, California!
The right candidate will be responsible for the following types of cases: Heartmate III, HeartWare, ECMO, TandemLife, We are DT certified and a transplant center. Multiple years as in cardiac care unit and/or intensive care unit with end stage heart and pulmonary failure as our MCS program offers a variety of care options. The APP will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients in the hospital setting and will work closely with the Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Intensive Care teams along with case management, social workers and other multidisciplinary teams.
