Job Description

Premier Physician Services, LLC has a locum opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to provide full-time care to the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections located in Oregon, WI. This is a 13 week assignment, with the possibility to extend services.
Hours are Mondays to Fridays, days. No on call.

Nurse Practitioner must possess 1 full year of NP experience providing primary care services. Must possess a Wisconsin state license. Must be able to function independently in managing the direct and indirect care of incarcerated individuals in collaboration with all disciplines employed or practicing at the institutional Health Services Unit. The nurse practitioner will educate the inmates to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in acute and chronic illness.
