LOCUM Corrections APP Assignment in Kenedy, Texas

Job Description
- Length of assignment - 13-week agreement
- Schedule - 40hrs per week - Monday - Friday - 8hrs day
- Start Date - ASAC, and credentialing is complete (approximately 10-21days) - Ends 1/8/2027 (possible extensions)
- Experience - Minimum of 1 year experience as a NP - no new grads accepted
- Certifications - must have current BLS & ACLS (AHA required)
- Patients per day - Depending on the no show rate, there may be more scheduled than seen to ensure at least 15-18 patients are seen.
- Inmate population - approximately 2,095 male inmates
- Types of visits - chronic care follow-up visits, sick call, and some urgent care
- Support staff - RN, LVN, APP, and CNA
