Job Description
Great opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a Heart Failure clinic within a large organization in Eastern Texas - Tyler, TX area.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Must have Cardiology experience as an NP/PA
- This is an outpatient clinic setting only
- Currently staffed by two other APC's but growing and in need of a third
- Patients referred to this clinic have to have a diagnosis of heart failure
- Patients are referred through their cardiologist and post hospital follow ups
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p - 36 patient hours and a half a day off for admin time
