Job Description
- Position: Critical Care APP
- Must have ACTIVE NH license (to be presented), DEA and CSR
- Must be Board Certified
- Position description: 20 bed mixed med surg ICU with CT surgery patients M-F. we do not pay for sign-out, extra time for billing or OT; Experienced only; experience required for managing post op CT surgery patient; APP needs to be able to provide case logs within last 12 months for procedures listed below.
- Special certifications needed: ALS-CSU (has to be this specific cert per hospital requirements); NH DEA and license
- Special procedures: a-lines(5 logs in 12 months), intubations(20 logs in 12 months), central lines (5 logs in 12 months), vent management (core privilege)
- Shift requirement: 7:30 pm - 7:30 am night coverage, occasionally days; weekday and weekend coverage
- Coverage needs per month: 15 night shifts; occasionally days
- Patient volume: ADC of 11
- Support Staff: AM: MD 8 am - 6 pm, APP 7:30 am - 8:30 pm, PM: APP 7:30-8:30 MD on call 6 pm - 8 am. M-F there is generally a second AM app from 7:30 am - 8:30 pm
