Pain Management Practice in Salt Lake City, Utah are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to add to our team.

Job Details:

NP Needed in Salt Lake City, UT
Full Time, 20-24 PPD, All Adults
Monday-Thursday - 4-10 hour shifts
Chronic Pain Management, 70% pain med prescribe/management, 30% joint injury/injections

  • 1 year experience in Pain Management
