Looking for an APP that is available 10-12 shifts/month for their Emergency Department starting in ASAP. This need will be ongoing. Credentialing timeline - minimum 60 days

Number of beds- 21 beds
Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)

Admission Rate %- 10.6
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- OH License - REQUIRED
-Providers must have a minimum 2 years of recent ER experience - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- BC - REQUIRED
-Clean background - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP - REQUIRED
