Great opportunity available for an experienced Physician Assistant / Family Nurse Practitioner to join an Emergency Medicine department located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. This is a permanent and full-time employed position. Candidates must be a graduate of an approved masters level program with national certification and current NYS professional license.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Observation Unit.
- Assist in the rural Emergency Department alongside ED physicians.
- Conduct assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
- Manage and monitor patients' care throughout their stay in the hospital.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Ensure proper documentation and patient communication.
Qualifications:
- Current NY state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Emergency Medicine or Acute Care preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
