Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care in a remote clinical setting. This role focuses on managing urgent and occupational health needs while ensuring safe, high-quality patient outcomes in collaboration with onsite staff. The position offers a structured rotational schedule with comprehensive support and benefits.

Position Offers:

• 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotation
• Competitive pay: $80/hour, $120/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage urgent care and occupational health conditions
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in urgent care or occupational health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work extended shifts, including nights
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
