Asante Three Rivers Medical Center is seeking a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic group of physicians and advanced practice providers in our Emergency Services department in Grants Pass, Oregon. Our Emergency Department sees an average of 40K visits per year and provides services to patients in and around Josephine County.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position working both 12 and 9 hour shifts, with a varying schedule.
License / Certification: Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN). Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years’ NP experience in an Emergency Department is required.
We are offering:
* Base compensation of $55 - $70 per hour
* Evening Shift differential of $10.00
* Performance incentives of up to 10% of base compensation starting in year 2
* Relocation assistance of $10,000
* CME allowance of $3,000
