Opportunity to join a well established multispecialty group in Harrisburg.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW: The incoming provider will be responsible for seeing patients in the outpatient clinic, as well as consults with the physician in the hospital. About 50% of this role is diabetic education. They will also have their own patient panel.

  • The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7a to 5p – incoming provider will be in office 8-4:30 (can tweak hours)
  • The incoming provider can spend a half day at the clinic and a half day doing consults at Hospital. Is this correct? Or is it mostly outpatient? They share consults (2 days one week, 3 days the next).
  • Clinic: How many in clinic? 10-12 visits per day
  • On average how many hospital consults? 4-5/week-if no patients, they don’t go

CALL: Phone call only. 1:4 – taken one full week at a time.

PAYOR MIX: 60% Government Subsidy (Medicare)/40% Private Insurance.

EMR: Medent

Base Compensation: $110K

Productivity Bonus: Quarterly bonus, based on collections, to add an additional 10K per year. Usually will not hit this bonus the first quarter.
