Location: Belleville, IL
Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm | MINIMUM 3 consecutive days per week every week or 2 full weeks per month

Home Health
Typical cases seen/required: In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in).
5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx.. 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm)
Ages seen: Geriatric
Will accept new grads - no home health experience necessary. Must have NPI # and an unrestricted state license
