Job Description

Locum Source is working with a clinic in Northern Arizona that is looking for a Family Medicine NP to assist with immediate coverage. This area is surrounded by mountains, desert and ponderosa pine forests. You have endless dining, shopping, recreational, and entertainment opportunities to enjoy in your free time.

DATES:
As soon credentialed – ongoing

SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm
No call

SETTING:
Outpatient
Average 15 to 20 patients per shift
All ages demographic

REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Active Arizona License
At least 2 years of experience
DEA, BLS, & ACLS
