Hours: Mon & Thur 7am-5pm, Tues & Wed 7am-3:30pm, Fri 7am-12:30pm

PCMH, PT, HRCM, RD Condition Management, Episodic, Immunizations, Flu Vaccination, CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cholestech, Serracult, Influenza), Biometrics, Physicals, Labs-both inside and outside.
