DESCRIPTION:
Start Date: ASAP for three months, pending credentialing
We are looking for a primary care provider to see all ages from newborn up. This person will work 4-10 hours shifts alternating Monday-Thursday then Tuesday-Friday 8 am to 7 pm with a 60 minute lunch and 60 minutes of admin time each day. This person will also cover 1-2 weekend days of urgent care per month, 8 am to 12 pm. approved for travel and rental car, but we ask that it be included in the hourly rate for an (all-inclusive) bill rate
NV license and DEA is required.
Busy walk-in clinic practice setting seeing 18 - 20 patients per shift. Primary Care, OccMed, Urgent Care. Must be able to do sutures and splint. Provider may travel to a satellite clinic as needed.
REQUIRED:
· NV state license; active, unrestricted
· DEA
· BLS
· Must suture and do minor splinting
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
