5/13-14, 5/16 8:30a-4:30p all shifts
Vermont Country Store, 5650 Main St, Manchester Center, VT 05255. Ages 6+, Staff: one MA and the NP provider
5/15 830a-4:30p
DETAILS on position:
Primary Care/Wellness with possibly some OccMed
EMR system is Athena
REQUIREMENTS:
Active VT license (prefer provider/NP that has autonomous license in VT)
2-3 years of Clinical experience
Certifications BLS or ACLS
