Employee Health/Family Practice Clinic - ages 2 and up

Open Dates:

10/27-28, 10/31 - 11/4 Mon-Fri: M/W/F 7a-4p, Tu/Th 7a-4p

1/9 - 4/10 Mon-Fri: M/W/F 7a-4p, Tu/Th 7a-4p (12 wk maternity leave - dates could be adjusted slightly)

EMR Athena

REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

2-3 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

BLS and/or ACLS required

COVID vaccination required
