· Primary Care/Employee Health/Urgent Care
· Avg 2-3 patients per hour
· Seeing patients ages 2 and up (employees and their dependents)
OPEN NEEDS:
· Bullhead City, AZ NP only, Ages 2+, No DEA req'd
Dates: 5/13 7a-6p, 5/14 8a-1p, 5/15 7a-6p, 5/16 8a-1p
REQUIRED:
· AZ License
· 2-3 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
· BLS or ACLS required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
