12/27-1/27 Mon-Fri: M/W 7:30a-5p, Tu 8:30a-6p, Th 9:30a-7p, F 8:30a-11:30a
Setting: Employee Health Setting - employees and dependents 2 years and up
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have two years of experience as an NP
VA Active State License
Active DEA
Certifications- BLS
