About this Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine role:

• Start as soon as 08/18/25 to 09/26/25
• Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
• 12-14 PPD
• No specific skills other than primary care experience

Requirements for this Family Medicine Physician role:

• Wisconsin Medical License
• DEA
• BLS w/hands on training (AHA)
