Must have MD license, DEA



Where; Western Baltimore

Dates- ASAP-Feb 3

Shifts- Shift 8am to 4:30 pm with an unpaid 30-min lunch

**clinic is closed Dec 26, 29, 30 and Jan 2 and 16

Active MD license
