- Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- See ages 16 and up (no peds)
- Outpatient Only
- See 25 patients per day
- $50 - $60 per hour at 40 hours a week

- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active NY license or ability to obtain
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish preferred
