May 31, 7am to 6pm with an unpaid 60-min lunch

June 2, 5, 7, 9, 7am to 6pm

7am to 6pm with an unpaid 60-min lunch

Ages 2 and up. Primary care, urgent care, 2.5 patients per hour. No walk-ins

REQUIREMENTS:

SC State License

DEA

BLS

COVID Vaccine

One year of experience
