NP needed in Modesto, CA
The Nurse Practitioner has the responsibility for providing direct and indirect care to the Participants in the PACE Health Clinic and Day Center.
Works under the direct supervision of the PACE Medical Director and/or designated primary care physicians.
The PACE Nurse Practitioner may be required to work scheduled evening clinic hours, and when appropriate, act independently as a solo provider of services under telephone communication with a physician supervisor.

NP, CA License, BLS, DEA and COVID vaccine required
