Mostly Primary Care/Family Medicine
Ages 2 and up
Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
REQUIREMENTS
Active IL license
DEA NOT required
DOT preferred not required
2-5 years of APP experience in a Primary care setting
Certifications BLS or ACLS
