(Archived) Nurse Practitioner Locum for Mobile Clinic - Phoenix, AZ
Job Description
Mobile Clinic seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a locums tenens/1099 assignment in the East Valley of Phoenix, beginning March 27th, 2023.
-60 day assignment beginning end of March/early April
-Flexible morning start time
-Monday-Friday only -no nights, weekend, or call
-See on avg 7-10 patients daily
-Using your own transportation, travel to group homes, assisted living facilities, and patient homes to provide care to adult/geriatric patients throughout the East Valley area
- MA maps out your visits
- Mileage Reimbursement provided
- EHR
- Daily Rate of $400-500/day
- Complimentary Medical Malpractice Coverage Provided
Must have ANCC or AANP certification, AZ State Medical License and DEA. Experience with a mobile practice/house call environment preferred.
