Fairview Heights, IL: NP or PA, Ages newborn+, LPN also in clinic, OccMed, Physicals, Well Women exams, Sports/School physicals, DOT preferred, but not req'd. DEA not req'd
4/10-7/10 Mon, Tues and Thurs each week 8a-5p
DETAILS
On-site clinics for employees and their family members
Mostly Primary Care/Family Medicine
Ages 2 and up
Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
REQUIREMENTS
Active IL license
DEA NOT required
DOT preferred not required
2-5 years of APP experience in a Primary care setting
Certifications BLS or ACLS
