TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract
OPEN NEEDS:
Dayton, OH 45430. NP or PA. Must be able to see Ages 2+ Primary Care
Dates: 4/24-7/7 Mon-Fri 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunches except 5/29 and 7/4
Findlay, OH 45840. NP or PA, Must have OccMed/Workers comp experience
Dates: 8/7 7a-6p, 8/9 8a-6p, 8/10 6a-3:30p less 1 hr unpaid lunches
DETAILS:
Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family, OccMed
Patients: Avg. 10-15 Per full day (8 hours), ages 2 and up
Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care
3 years Clinical experience in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting
Must be comfortable working independently in case the MA is out
REQUIREMENTS:
Active OH license
Active DEA
Certifications- BLS
