Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced FNP or PA to work locum shifts in several locations in Indiana.

Indianapolis, Indiana/Employee Health Clinic - Primary Care

10/7 - 10/16

Mon, Tues, Wed, 6am to 3pm

Thurs, Fri, 9am to 3pm

Ages 2 and up

Huntington, Indiana

Ages 2 plus, will take NP or PA - Primary Care/Acute Care

11/2 - 12/18 provider on leave

Mon, 8am to 4:30pm

Tues, 9am to 1pm

Wed, 9am to 6pm

Fri, 7am to 3pm

Requirements of the Family Medicine role:

• Active IN license
• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Certifications BLS
• Active Board Certification
