Huntington, IN 46750. Ages 2+
Dates: 4/25-5/10, 5/17, 5/20 Mon, Thurs, Fri (no Tues/Wed open)
Shift Schedule: M/Th 8a-5p, F 8a-2:30p - ages 2+ - Employees and their dependents
DESCRIPTION:
Onsite clinic for employees and their families
Setting- Outpatient clinic
2-3 patients per hour
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active IN license
- Certifications- BLS or ACLS
- 2 years of primary care experience requested
