Part Time Needs in Indiana

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced FNP to work locum shifts in Fowler, IN.

Employee Health/Family Clinic

Ages of children - 2 and up for acute; 12 and up for sports physicals

Clinic staffing model: 1 MA to 1 APP

Sept 2 - Oct 9, first two weeks, just need Weds/Fridays, after that they need each Mon, Wed, Fri

Mon, 8am to 4pm

Wed 10am to 6pm

Friday, 6am to 2pm

Requirements of the Family Medicine role:

• Active IN license
• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Certifications BLS
• Active Board Certification
