Schofield, WI: NP or PA, Ages 2+
7/31, 8/17, 12/29 7a-5p all shifts
Mayville, WI: NP or PA, travel allowed.
8/14 7a-3p, 8/17 9a-5p, 8/18 7a-3p
Hartford, WI: NP or PA, Ages 2+, Primary Care with some Workers Comp/OccMed, travel allowed, Covid vaccine req'd
8/21 5p-9p
West Bend, WI: NP or PA, no travel allowed
8/28 8:30a-5:30p
DETAILS:
Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family
Patients: Avg. 10-15 PPD, ages 2 and up
Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of outpatient in Primary care
Clinical experience in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting.
Must be comfortable working independently in case the MA is out.
Active WI license and DEA required
