DESCRIPTION:
· On-site clinic for businesses seeing employees and family members
· Days coverage needed
· Primary Cary and Urgent Care

REQUIRED:
· KY state license; active, unrestricted
· Must have COVID vaccine
· DEA
· BLS

COMPENSATION:

OPEN PRN SHIFTS:
Florence, KY 41042
Need: NP or PA Derm
When: 05/14-16 8a-4:30p less 30 min lunch and need 2-3 shifts total over the summer
Duties: We are looking for a dermatologist (MD, NP or PA) to perform skin cancer screenings on employees. Any patients needing referrals can be referred to derm practice. We need 2-3 days total over the summer on Tue, Wed or Thurs.

Need: NP
When: 06/06 7:30a-5:30p less 1 hr unpaid lunch
Duties: Primary Care to employer based direct care clinic. Provide direct medical care (PC, acute sick visits, wellness exams, and chronic care management) Light schedule and patient load. Work with a collaborative clinical team, EPIC, onsite lab. We do not double book, do not accept walk-ins, no Holidays, and no on call responsibilities
