Job Description
- Seeking an experienced Advanced Practiced Provider (NP or PA)
- Full-time Permanent Nocturnist position
- At least 168 shifts up to 182 shifts
- 5:00pm " 5:00am or 8:00pm " 8:00am
- Nights of week worked: flexible and multiple schedules
- Join 3 other providers for night shifts to include a mix of physicians and APPs
- See on average 7 patients per shift and cross covering floor calls
- EMR: Meditech
- Salary: $1,000 per shift ($168k - $182k)
- Bonus: 4% of base salary, currently group-based metrics, LOS, HCAHPS, citizenship
- Malpractice with tail day 1; $1M/3M
