Urgent Care in Cliffside Park, NJ is searching for a Nurse Practitioner to help our team. Through quality patient care you will make a lasting impact on daily lives!
Offering:

- Salary: $120K-$150K
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments and treatment: Assess and diagnose patients, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order tests, and perform procedures as allowed by their scope of practice.
- Care coordination and education: Coordinate patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education on conditions and treatments, and promote self-management strategies.
- Preventive care and health promotion: Focus on preventive care, perform routine screenings, offer immunizations, provide counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, and emphasize disease prevention.
Qualifications:
- Active NJ license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
