Experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant needed for an Outpatient Weight Loss Clinic in western Connecticut. This is a full time, perm position, working Monday-Friday. The ideal provider will have experience in a similar setting. In this role you will be working in an office setting providing initial and follow up consultation with regard to medical weight loss patients which will include prescribing, education and other treatments.
