Client seeking NP/MD for per diem assignment in Blackfoot, ID from on December 21 and 26. Hours are Thursday, 2:00pm - 6:00pm; Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Provider will see employees and their families. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Preferred qualifications are phlebotomy and CPR/BLS.
