Job Description
Locums - Family Practice clinic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Eastern Oklahoma - near Fort Smith, AR.
- Start ASAP for 3 months min - last locums lasted over a year if desired
- Full Time - Mon-Fri
- Primary Care duties - must be able to see all ages
- Competitive Rate, Mileage, Malpractice provided
- 1099 - No benefits
- Must have 1 year experience as FNP or PA in Family Practice setting
- Must have OK license, DEA, OBDNN, BLS, and up to date vaccine records in hand
