Client seeking NP/PA for per diem assignment in Midland, TX from September 27 - October 27. Specific shifts are September 27, October 2, 3, 4, 24, 25, 26, 27. Hours are Monday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm; Tuesday - Thursday, 7:45am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute care and chronic disease management. Clinic is staffed by MA. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
